Uncorked: The "Big Six" Noble Grapes (September 16th)

This class includes a tour through the six foundational grapes that dominate the wine world. You will taste one benchmark example of each: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, learning their classic identifying features.

Class Time: 7 PM-8:30 PM
